However, we also do not want to encourage people who should be staying at home to come down to the store merely to browse.
Therefore we are going to provide a "by appointment" service. The shop will be manned and we ask that anyone needing a repair or parts/accessories call first and then we can have the item ready for collection or the booking in place when they come down. If possible we will take payment over the phone to keep contact to a minimum but we will be able to take payment on site if necessary. (Card payment is best as carries less risk than cash.)
We ask that people do not come down to browse or for a chat but only if they need to buy something, drop off or pick up a repair.
It goes without saying that we hate being this unsociable but it is absolutely necessary.
